This Privacy Policy explains how Rapture (“Rapture,” “Rapture Models,’ “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses,
and shares information when you use our websites, applications, coaching, tools, and related services
(the “Platform”).
Rapture is a **model development** platform, not a talent agency.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy covers information we collect from users of the Platform, including people who browse,
create an account, buy a service, or send us photos or messages.
The Platform is for adults **18 and older**. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13, and we do not accept model-development accounts from anyone under 18.
2. Information we collect
You give us
– identity and contact details (name, email, phone, city)
– account login information
– profile details you choose to add (bio, measurements, experience, social handles)
– photos, video, voice notes, and reference images
– payment details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers if the
processor holds them)
– messages you send to us
– optional ID or age-verification documents if we request them to confirm you are 18+
**We collect automatically**
– device and browser type, IP address, general location derived from IP
– pages viewed, referring URL, dates and times
– cookies or similar technologies if enabled
– diagnostics and crash logs
**From others**
– payment processors (success/failure of a charge)
– hosting, email, analytics, and AI-tool vendors that process data on our behalf
– information you make public on social platforms if you connect them or send us a link
We do not require sensitive medical information. If you volunteer it, treat it as optional and avoid
sending it unless we ask.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
– create and run your account
– deliver coaching, portfolio, styling, and AI-image services you request
– process payments and prevent fraud
– communicate about your order, the Platform, and (if you opt in) updates
– improve the Platform and our tools
– enforce our Terms and protect users
– comply with law
We do **not** use your photos to procure bookings or to represent you as a talent agency.
4. AI tools
If you use AI generation or editing:
– your prompts, reference images, and outputs may be sent to sub-processors that run the model
– those vendors may have their own privacy terms
– we use this data to fulfill your request and to keep the service working
– we do not sell your face as a standalone product
Do not upload images of other people without their permission. Do not upload images of minors.
5. How we share information
We share information with:
– **service providers** who host the site, send email, process payments, store files, run analytics, or
generate/edit images — only as needed to provide the Platform
– **professional advisors** (accountants, lawyers, insurers) under confidentiality
– **authorities** when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the Platform
– a **buyer** if Rapture is sold or merged, subject to this policy or a successor policy
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your photos with casting directors
as an agency submission unless you separately and clearly ask us to do that in writing — and that kind of
placement activity is outside this Platform’s current design.
6. Cookies and tracking
We may use essential cookies to keep you logged in and, if enabled, analytics cookies to understand
traffic. You can control cookies in your browser. If we later use advertising cookies, we will update this
policy and, where required, request consent.
7. How long we keep information
We keep account and transaction records as long as your account is open and for a reasonable period
after (generally up to several years) for bookkeeping, dispute, and legal reasons.
We keep project files and photos while needed to deliver the service you bought and for a reasonable
archive period unless you ask us to delete them and we are not required to retain them.
Age-verification documents, if collected, are kept only as long as needed for that purpose and then
deleted or securely archived as required.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of
transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for your password.
9. Your choices
You may:
– update profile information in your account (if available) or by emailing us
– ask us to delete Your Content or close your account
– opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link
– request a copy of personal information we hold about you
We may decline requests that are unlawful, that interfere with others’ rights, or that we must keep for
legal or security reasons.
10. Residents of certain states
Depending on where you live (for example California or other states with consumer privacy laws), you
may have rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain sharing. Email us at the address below
with the subject line **“Privacy request”** and enough detail for us to verify you. We will not
discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
11. International users
We operate from the United States. If you access the Platform from another country, you understand
your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection rules than your
country.
12. Third-party sites
Links to Instagram, TikTok, payment pages, or other sites are not covered by this policy. Read theirs.
13. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use after that
date is acceptance.
